• Extensively worked on negotiating of rates on tax terms viz W2 /Corp to Corp /1099
• Short-listing resumes based on the requirements.
• Gathering information about candidates (Work experience, present and expected compensation, location/relocation information, work authorization status, Notice Period, availability for the interview, and motivation factors, etc).
• Coordinating, Scheduling & Conducting Interviews.
• Expertise in using job portals like Dice, Monster, and ATS like Ciepal
• Posting and maintaining jobs online
